Based on an original stained glass panel by Dante Gabriel Rosetti of the Pre-Raphaelite Brotherhood. The subject is the romance of King Rene of Anjo and Isabella of Lorraine who married in 1420. The original work is in the Victoria and Albert Museum in London.
